QUALITY means QUALITY here. This hotel is doing it. Hats off to great management, staff and housekeepers. They are ALWAYS clean. ALWAYS nice. ALWAYS friendly. EVERY STAY is AMAZING!! This hotel is a model for other hotels. I stayed at some other big hotels who are missing the mark. Everyone here deserves a raise.
The staff are unbelievably friendly, respectful, accommodating and very hard working and respect your privacy. The breakfast is great compared to all the other hotels around here who either don't offer it or the selection isn't anything to really want to eat. My overall stay for 8 days was great .

Thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in to check-in it felt very comfy. The rooms are equally comfy and can't really believe its checking all the boxes. Tip to tail a very solid stay.
We cannot express the immense gratitude we have for their staff. They were kind, understanding and accommodating during our stay for our mother's funeral. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed.
Being honest, the facility needs updated. BUT (!) having said that, the end result is even more important. Usually, hotels that become old, also have staff that gives up. Not here. The staff is not just very nice and helpful, they are proud of doing their best and it shows. The hotel, despite the shortcomings is CLEAN, which, to me, is the most important thing when it comes to a budget friendly solution. I would advise the ownership to help their people by giving them a place as good as their work ethic. To the people who work here; thank you. Our stay was a pleasure.
We loved this place!!! *Semi & Hotshot parking - YES, in back* ^^^ So, the rooms are slightly old/outdated. Could use new floors and new larger TVs with more channel options. Everything else was great. The staff were great! The breakfast was great! It's 2 minutes away from Kelly's Irish Pub (with AMAZING food!) The bed is SUPER COMFY, the giant jetted tub was EXACTLY what was needed after a long drive. YES- Would recommend YES- will be back if in town again.
Quality Inn & Suites in New Castle, PA was my family's extended stay/home for almost 3 months. The staff is awesome. If it wasn't for the staff helping us in our time of need we would of been probably on the streets or living in my vehicle. It was a a very nice, very comfortable and excellent stay. Thank you to the all the staff!!!!!
